At Andy's Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
