We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Instruments must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items like reeds, mouthpieces, and earplugs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?

Are the instruments inspected before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Every instrument undergoes a professional multi-point inspection and setup by our in-house technicians to ensure it is play-ready the moment it arrives at your door.

Do you offer international shipping?
